Come join us for a gathering of mothers that long for connection, rest and ritual. This is a space to come as you are, be heard and witnessed in your motherhood journey. Whether you seek your village, trying to find answers to pressing questions or have your unique wisdom to share with other mothers - this is the place where vulnerability meets unconditional love and transmutes into connection. We will share our experiences, connect with the spirit of Summer, sing and craft together over a cup of delicious rose cacao, and lean into a guided relaxation journey to re-ground and reset.
❋ connection & sharingWe will discuss the connection to our inner Summer, our creative potential & inner fire, and how it shifts and transforms during different stages of motherhood. We will share about mothering through summer, navigating the demands of life, our little ones and the love & care we offer to ourselves as mothers.
❋ Rest & ritualWe will gather in a circle to share but also to rest and invite ritual back into our lives through the altar creation, song and guided journey to fully unwind and restore inner balance.
❋ Rose cacao & nourishing snacksWe will sit in connection with the spirit of cacao and rose - two incredibly supportive heart medicines, allowing them to open and tend to our hearts, whilst we weave intentions and prayers.
❋ Practical informationThe circle is happening on Sunday 19th July at Sage Yoga Studio in Belper, Derbyshire.
Babies in arms are welcome.
Circle is aimed at mothers at any stage of motherhood - including the mothers of grown up children, pregnant mothers and those who suffered loss.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your journal, pen, cup for cacao and any item(s) you would like to add to our altar.
